History
Xiamerica was born from the dream of a young man passionate about food, agriculture, and international markets. Its founder, an agricultural engineer trained in Argentina, began his professional journey in agricultural production, working in various regions of Argentina, Paraguay, and Brazil. Over time, he gained in-depth knowledge of industrial processes, quality certifications, and regulatory frameworks that ensure food safety, identifying both opportunities and risks within the sector.
Inspired by his interest in cultures, history, and scientific advances, he founded Xiamerica to integrate this knowledge into an organizational structure that facilitates fair and strategic trade between South American producers and international buyers. Located in Montevideo, Uruguay, Xiamerica connects the key pieces of the agri-food chain to guarantee a constant, safe supply adapted to the needs of the end consumer.
